Cancellations must be sent to Viajes Iberia Congresos in writing

Registration
For cancellations received before March 29th, 2010 we will refund the total amount less 50 € as handling fee.
For cancellations received after March 29th, 2010 no refunds will be made.
Accommodation
For cancellations received before March 29th, 2010 one night will be charged as handling fee.
For cancellations received after March 29th, 2010 or no shows, no refunds will be made.
